UTM Capital (the "Portal," "we," "us," or "our") is a co-branded investor financing referral portal operated by United Trust Mortgage, an NMLS-licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #2591548), in partnership with Raider Lending Solutions. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Portal and the investor loan applications submitted through it (including DSCR purchases, refinances, cash-outs, and other rental-property financing scenarios).
